Measurement standards
Your floor plans are created in accordance with the International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS). Residential buildings are measured according to the IPMS Residential 3B standards, except that the floor area of balconies and terraces is specified separately from the rest of the building. Office space is measured according to the IPMS Office standards.
Please note that schematic floor plans cannot be adapted to different legal systems or area calculation systems. You should therefore check whether these floor plans meet the desired requirements and use cases.
